Terms of Service

1. What We Do

Bitpop Nails makes custom press-on nails. We 3D print every set to order using ABS filament, smooth them with acetone vapor, and finish them with a UV gel topcoat. There is no warehouse. No factory. Just us, a printer, and your design.

2. Orders and Production

Nothing is sitting on a shelf waiting to ship. Every set gets printed after you order it.

• How long it takes depends on how many orders are ahead of yours. We show you an estimate before you check out.
• If we get slammed with orders, we might pause the shop temporarily so we can catch up without cutting corners.
• Once you confirm an order, we start on it right away. No changes or cancellations after that point.

3. Your Designs and Uploads

You can upload your own images and artwork to put on your nails. That said:

• Only upload stuff you actually have the right to use. If it is not yours, do not upload it.
• No brand logos or trademarked images. We run uploaded images through automated screening and will reject orders with logos from brands like Nike, Chanel, etc. This protects both of us.
• If you share a design using our sharing tools, other people can see it. That is how sharing works.
• We might ask to feature cool customer designs in our gallery or on socials. We will always ask first.
• The premade designs, clipart, and 3D decorations in our tool belong to Bitpop Nails.

4. Pricing

• A set of 10 nails starts at $20 with free shipping.
• Decorated sets (pattern fill, French tip, or shape/line/pen layer) add a flat $3.
• Custom designs (clipart, image, text, pencil, or 5+ distinct base colors) add a flat $5.
• Premium colors (Grey, Dark Grey, Orange, Lime, Teal, Light Blue, Dark Purple, Gold) add a flat $5 to the set when used.
• Specialty colors (Natural, Neon Green, Metallic Blue, Metallic Silver, Galaxy Black) add a flat $5 to the set when used.
• All finishes (Glossy, Matte, Satin, Glitter, Pearl, Holo) are free.
• Prices can change, but whatever price you see at checkout is what you pay.

5. About the Product

• The nails are made from ABS plastic. After printing, they get smoothed with acetone vapor and sealed with UV gel topcoat.
• The gel topcoat is what touches your skin, not the raw ABS. It acts as a barrier.
• You apply them with adhesive tabs or nail glue. We do not include adhesive unless the listing says otherwise.
• Colors on your screen will not be a perfect match to the physical filament. Every monitor shows colors a little differently. This is normal.
• 3D decorations (roses, skulls, gems, etc.) are printed directly onto the nail. They are not glued on separately.

6. Shipping

• Right now we only ship within the US. We might expand later.
• Shipping time is on top of production time. Your order page shows both.
• Once a package leaves our hands, delivery is up to the carrier. We cannot control USPS delays.

7. Returns and Problems

Since every set is made specifically for you, we cannot do returns just because you changed your mind.

If something shows up broken or clearly messed up from manufacturing, send us photos within 7 days and we will fix it. Either a replacement or a refund, whatever makes sense.

Slight color differences between your screen and the actual nail are not defects. That is just how screens and physical materials work.

8. Saved Designs

We store your saved designs on our servers so you can come back to them. If a design sits untouched for 6 to 12 months, we may delete it to free up space. You will get a heads up 30 days before that happens. Any design attached to a completed order sticks around permanently.

9. Liability

We are a small business doing our best. If something goes wrong with an order, the most we can be on the hook for is what you paid for that order. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or damage to your natural nails from how you apply or remove press-ons. Follow standard press-on nail application practices.

10. Updates

We might update these terms as the business grows. If you keep using the site after we post changes, that counts as you being cool with the new terms.
